Read Get the Life You Want by Richard Bandler, the father of NLP - he was explaining how to jump over the outer layer to get to the two inner layers where decisions are made when I was but the diapered son of a dirt farmer.

Watch those Hole in the Wall videos on TED, that will blow your mind.  150 billion to educated every child on the planet - amazing...</description>
